Pastry and Bakery Training for Students and Teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Denpasar

IPB International held training on making pastry and bakery products with students from SMAN 2 Denpasar. This activity was conducted by IPB Internasional pastry instructor Chef Kadek Sumartini, Chef Juni Astiti, Chef Sherly, and students from Diploma 3 of Hotel Operations.

 

The training was held at Janger Kitchen. The students had the opportunity to make several types of dishes, namely :
- Banana Cake
- Fudge Chocolate Brownies
- Rhum Ball
- Japanese Roll Cake
- Butter Cookies
- Choux Au Craquelin
- Chocchip Muffins
- Apple Crumble Tartlets
- Glazed Donuts

 


The activity was held 4 times, from 5-6 November and 12-13 November 2022. At the end of the session, students received barista training, which was taught by Ms. Ami. The team also prepared rewards for the 2 best participants.
