The third collaboration between IPB Internasional and Jinan Vocational College is Chinese Intercultural Program with the theme "Shandong Taste, Culinary From Northern China".

This event who have been held since 22 November - 23 November 2022, demonstrated 4 types of cuisine, such as Chinese Dumpling, Traditional Beijing Noodles with Soy Bean Paste, Minced Garlic Shrimp and Sweet and Sour Carp. As an opening session, the participants from IPB Internasional is given the explanation about chinese cuisine.

 

To make it easier with the communication, this collaboration also supported with translator Chinese - English, on this occasion provided by Jinan Vocational College, as an organizer in this third collaboration.
 

 

Yesterday on Monday 28th November, IPB Internasional participant demonstrated the cuisine. Called with Chinese Dumpling, which has been explain with Jinan Vocational College Team.

Students who were divided into 6 groups, carried out a food demonstration which was assessed virtually by the Jinan Vocational College team.

 

 

Group 6 consisting of 3 students, won the Chinese Dumpling demonstration and had the opportunity to get souvenirs.
