Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia, Collaborates in Classroom Discussion, Cooking Demo, and MoU Signing with IPB Internasional

Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia, a longstanding international partner of IPB Internasional since 2020, recently visited us. The purpose of the visit included the Implementation of Agreement Program of Guest Lecture and the formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).The welcoming event took place in our meeting room, featuring the presentation of certificates to IPB Internasional lecturers. Previously, our lecturers had the opportunity to deliver online classes for Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia.

Following the conclusion of the welcoming event, the Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia team engaged in Collaborative Teaching with Puan Alina Shuhaida Mohammad Ramly. The session involved a cooking demonstration, where roti jala and chicken curry were prepared at Paon Bali. The event was attended by Diploma 3 Hospitality students specializing in Culinary Art.

Additionally, discussion classes were conducted on non-traditional food services by Mr. Dr. Ahmad Esa Abdul Rahman. Attendees included Diploma 3 Hospitality students focusing on hospitality and culinary management, as well as Diploma 4 Hospitality Management students. Another discussion class centered on Tourism and Hospitality, presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadhillah binti Sharif, attended by Diploma 4 Tourism Management, Diploma 4 Hospitality Management, and Bachelor of Tourism students.
